If yes, we are looking for an Underwriter to join our Team in Greece!
What you get to do in this role:
- Perform well-defined, yet varied tasks and/or projects where independent decision-making is required to search out an appropriate course of action.
- Offer support to the team in the automated and manual process of underwriting in compliance with the applicable internal regulations & procedures and with TBI strategy.
- Administrate the status flow of applications; monitors applications within the underwriting department to ensure timely and qualitative credit decisions.
- Take decisions on credit request according to the credit policy and procedures within respective attached level of responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of the principles and methods of a specific functional area needed to perform a broad range of assignments within the discipline.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance or a related quantitative field.
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer loan origination and/or underwriting.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, policies and standards for consumer lending products.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
